since last week i have been feeling disconnected and grumpy. i have over eaten until i had stomach ache and i have entertained very grim thoughts. i have felt myself slipping into the abyss of past patterns of self-destruct and self-distrust. But today i remembered something someone told me; a message from my angels about how hard it can be to reach me when my light begins to fade and i begin closing in on myself awash with misery and confusion. i remembered that the angels had said that even when i felt darkness all around me i need only light a candle in my heart and that that would be enough to let them through. so i lit one.. a very small one but it was the best i could do at the time. i remembered and i lit it. i imagined it there; a light flickering in the distance that my heart seemed to have become.....and it worked..they found me * * *

i asked why i felt so disconnected and they told me my connection was 'down for maintenance'..its part of the clearing of past things. all those old patterns and thoughts are just waiting, queueing up in the back of the mind almost, until its the right time to clear them. and little by little they get cleared. you remember your get out of jail free card (the things you learnt last time you felt that way) and you light that tiny candle...

Never give up. Where there is life, there is hope.

Attracing Angels ....

Was asked today & yesterday how we may receive more Angels in our lives & a greater connection - so I guess this is a prominent question for some at present -

It may sound like a cheesy pun but to receive more angelic interaction in your life "be as an angel" ... when we are holding lower vibrating energies for example fear, anxiety, worry, anger ... it is harder for the Angels to reach us ... we have this kind of "don't come near me, don't touch me" energy with people & Angels -

yet when we are holding higher vibrating energies such as love, peace, joy, strength, compassion, forgiveness - to name a few - the Angels can easily reach us blessing us with their support & guidance...

This is just one of many "methods" but for me the richest of all... when we hold peace & love in our heart ... we see peace & love in our reflection.

So just for today "be an angel" *smile*

Angel Message ...

Beloved Children.
We speak to you of value, your value in this world, your place which no other can fill.
Each of you Beloved Children shine as radiant as a pure diamond within, each diamond reflecting the many colours & energies of light that hold the essence of you ... your individuality ... your light. The value of this essence, this diamond that is you, is immeasurable, there is no other diamond like you.
Yet these diamonds within you hide under layers of coal, hiding your light, under valuing who you are - your divine essence. Why?

You seek value, recognition form your external world, some sort of validation to who you are, some love & comfort in another seeing the value ... the love within you. But Beloved Children, they cannot see ... for you hide your diamond in the layers of coal. They cannot see what you do not give yourself permission to see, to believe.


The value others place in you , is the value you place upon yourself - again your internal world reflects in the mirror of your external world. Only you can change the illusions that fog the vision of others by truly seeing you - truly sharing you.


It is time now to go back to that time when you placed your value upon the words of another ... the first layer of black coal & let the coal fall away. Shine all that you are into your world. Recognise your value, so that all that equals "you" may flow to you. Life may only bless you with the value you place upon yourself - not the "ego" you - but your essence - your light- your diamond waiting in the dark.


Beloved, know it is time. This is the next step in your healing - to regognise your "enough - ness." There is no thing that you must add. We support you - ask & it shall be.
The coal remember crumbles with ease into dust!
