It is uncomfortable & hurts you so because it does not come form a place of love but ego. We offer you new opportunities of love, We offer you now all that you have so unconditionally given, yet you fight & plea to stay here – for the sake of what? Only greater pain. Gentle Ones,
I sit with you now to speak with you of your emotions, the magnificent range they can reach, a scale so expansive as to lift you to the high heavens and plunge you lower than you ever thought possible. What power you have to experience life so completely, you are rich to the depth of your being. Each emotion is blessed with colour, do you begin to see how we se you? you are beautiful as to dazzle the very stars.
Be aware of your very nature Illuminated Ones, for the emotions you experience are yours to feel, to play with and to change creating shifts in you earthly environments. None other can make you feel although you often forget. They belong to you.
I care for you so tenderly, so deeply. When I see one of my Beloved fearful of their place, I see that they use manipulation to find safety, security once again. We do not judge, we see that they are lost in a sea of lies thinking, feeling that this is the only way to survive, that they must control another to bring to them that which they need or be forever lost. My fellow Ascended Ones and I reach them and to you to awaken all your such ways. The lost are loved for the loss is but an illusion to frighten to lift its head to the light.
Beloved, bring awareness to that which you feel. When you feel as though you thirst from another, thirst for sympathy, attention, approval, power I softly remind you that all is well. You can not be sustained by drinking in light so, it is fleeting and tires the one you drink from.
Gentle Hearts, when you are existing in this space of without, I tenderly encourage to look upon your interactions with your fellow brethren. Are you using words and actions to encourage another to mould to you way? Allowing your self to be shaped by to the desires of another? Come, let us bring freedom to your lives. Manipulation in any form is not a part of your compassionate nature, its colour dose not dazzle, its taste is not sweet. Do not look to blame anyone for your parts in these games. Manipulation is an aching for the Divine. Your acknowledgement without blame coupled with responsibly brings healing. Invite Us to help you to disentangle all from what was, and be blessed with infinite support and freedom. If you can not acknowledge without anger and blame be at ease, let us help you to forgive.
Courage Gentle Ones, patience as the old ways fall way. Resist the temptation to slip back as firmly as you can, yet know that it is a time of readjustment. There is love for all.
The Divine cup is always full, We will wrap you in light, and whisper words of encouragement for you to softly open as a flower dose to the sun. Drink in the beauty of the Divine until you feel your light over flowing once again. There is no limit to the times you can do this. Allow the colours to flow. Have you seen a foggy liquid in a glass, clear water poured in? Allow what was within to be touched for inner healing. Feel your emotions come up. Be at ease, they do so to flow out as you are once again re-nourished, bringing gifts of candescent colours to your emotions and the sweetness of song to your experience of life.

Mogra Rescue Centre is a school that takes street children and feeds and educates them for free, it also has an orphanage which has 151 kids. It is based in the Mathare Valley Slums, about ten minutes drive from the school, but a different world to our lush, spacious campus. It also has a new, overflow orphanage closer to Braeburn that they have not finished building, but is in use.
When I visited the orphanages and the school, I could not get over how happy and optimistic all the children are, despite the most appalling poverty. It was also quite clear that they were sorely lacking in the basics. It is run, almost single-handedly, by a volunteer called Hannah Njoroge, she has been helping in the slums since the 80's and is completely devoted.
I did some research and found out that they were partially sponsored by a small American charity. I wrote them an email offering to help write their newsletter and help the Kenyan children keep in contact with their American sponsors. I wasn't prepared for her reply...
The woman, Anne Trufant and her friend run the charity on a very small scale. Anne said that she was based in Louisiana and since hurricane Katrina and the recession, the amount of sponsors had fallen dramatically and very soon there will be no money left. She said it was great that I had got in touch as it would give Hannah and the children some hope!
Of course, this is all a bit too much for me;
I went to tell Hannah this and mid-conversation, a girl the same age as my daughter Ella walks in with one of the elder girls. She was a new admission brought by the children's services. Her mother had died and she had been 'adopted' by an uncle. He got a job in Dubai and left the girl in the care of a neighbour. The girl has obviously been severely abused. She has a scar on the back of her neck from a human bite and a ring shaped welted sore around one thigh where I imagine someone has applied a tourniquet. Hannah said she has many other scars, but the poor little girl seemed so frightened, that I didn't want to add to her trauma by seeing them. Hannah looked at me and said 'how can I turn a child like this away?' almost as if she knew what I was going to say next.
So anyway, I have decided to help them. I have loads of ideas to assist them in becoming more self sufficient and they have just been donated land that they can farm to partially feed themselves. I have spent the past two days looking for potential sources of funding, both in Kenya and in the UK. There is a lot out there, but it is going to take a while and Mogra is going to have to register as a charity in the UK (anyone fancy being on the board?!).
In the meantime I am asking for a big favour from you. Could you sponsor a child for six months? It costs £20 a month and I will make sure that you get the details of the child you are sponsoring and, if they are old enough, I will get them to write to you or they could come to my house and email you! It would help keep the whole project's head above water whilst we get things sorted.

I concede not at all times, yet enough to cause an imprint upon your memories of unworthiness. We are here with you, a simple step away. As you speak to us, it is an invitation and we do listen. We help you as much as your personalities and your spirit allow. We would never turn away and refuse you. Be at peace, I understand that you have experienced this from others during your life time of your earthly embodiment. You have learnt that this is the way, yet it is time for you to embrace higher teachings. It was another personality in pain that acted this way, not their true self. There is no need to blame or to hold on as you are keeping your self trapped in a moment in time that has passed. Only the present and what you choose within it is of greater importance.

moon light batheing
Saturday, a day of fun as Dave and I went to explore a food and drink market in a neighbouring town Stone. Weaving in and out of people as we sampled and purchased varies items, Dave with his glass of real ale and me with a hot peppermint tea x
We signed up for a delicious basket of fresh organic fruit and veg to be delivered to our door. Glad fortunately the dishey farmers already deliver to Cheadle.
We sat outside in the bright sun shine munching our goodies and admiring the depth and colour of the approaching clouds. Back into the giant Marquees for some more tasty treats.
Later that night, almost feeling dizzy with my head spinning again. Oh dear, how on earth am I going to sleep with all this jumble?
Still, feeling very grateful that I have a little more clarity. A couple of days ago Rachael had been kind enough to give me a beautiful angel reading, helping me to understand what is going on with my crown chakra, why I’m experience so much turbulence. In it that angels had said
‘‘your quest emerging it is to be expected that those parts of you you have carried forward for generations will become disturbed. stopping you from taking on anything new. these adjustments have disturbed the distant past of your fathers and we seek now to remove as it arises’’
Playing with the idea of just going to bed and my chances of getting to sleep :) ‘Bathe’ gently came into my mind.
One of the steps to assist the clearing process is to take baths in epsom salts or dead sea salt. I have some epsom salts arriving in a few days, for now I’ll use sea salt x
Ran a lovely warm bath and scattered in a couple of hand full’s of salt, and lightly stepped in. The only light was that of the full moon pouring in through the window, simply stunning. I'm not sure what I expected, if anything as I followed my instructions. Settling back, I feel my heart beating, the beating became a pounding as my emotions rise. Sitting forward breathing deeply, a beautiful being sat beside me, gently stroking my back. All all i can feel is my heart and the feelings that were out of alignment within me. Breathing deeply.....
Moving through the cleansing process, the temptation to stop it by getting out passed I finally feel ready to get out.
All wrapped up and toasty I went out into the clear night sky. The moon shining so brightly, mesmerising me with its beauty. I walked down the few steps onto the grass, and sat under the twinkling stars. Feelings peace and tranquilly wash over me in passing waves, the earth greeting me with love x
Heaven……
I don’t know how long I was outside or how late it was, simple knew that it was time to go to bed. Passing my crystals as they soaked up the moons light, I went into my bedroom where the gentle fragrance of the incense I had light a while ago still lightly touched the air. Following more guidance I had picked up the crystals that the reading had spoke of and snuggled under the quilt, time to sleep xxx

Playing with the idea of just going to bed and my chances of getting to sleep :) ‘Bathe’ gently came into my mind.
One of the steps to assist the clearing process is to take baths in epsom salts or dead sea salt. I have some epsom salts arriving in a few days, for now I’ll use sea salt x
Ran a lovely warm bath and scattered in a couple of hand full’s of salt, and lightly stepped in. The only light was that of the full moon pouring in through the window, simply stunning. I'm not sure what I expected, if anything as I followed my instructions. Settling back, I feel my heart beating, the beating became a pounding as my emotions rise. Sitting forward breathing deeply, a beautiful being sat beside me, gently stroking my back. All all i can feel is my heart and the feelings that were out of alignment within me. Breathing deeply.....
Moving through the cleansing process, the temptation to stop it by getting out passed I finally feel ready to get out.
All wrapped up and toasty I went out into the clear night sky. The moon shining so brightly, mesmerising me with its beauty. I walked down the few steps onto the grass, and sat under the twinkling stars. Feelings peace and tranquilly wash over me in passing waves, the earth greeting me with love x
Heaven……
I don’t know how long I was outside or how late it was, simple knew that it was time to go to bed. Passing my crystals as they soaked up the moons light, I went into my bedroom where the gentle fragrance of the incense I had light a while ago still lightly touched the air. Following more guidance I had picked up the crystals that the reading had spoke of and snuggled under the quilt, time to sleep xxx

Earth love xx
Avoidance, a horrible uncomfortable feeling.
Stood outside in the dim sunlight, messy scattered mind not allowing me to sleep. Feel so very tired. I’m outside, a mad desire to rush go back into my warm comfortable home. Want to be anywhere but here, yet this feeling is far too uncomfortable to ignore, to be honest that’s exactly what I want to do. Oh my mind can come up with a million of things for me to ‘do’, none of which I need.
The uncomfortable feeling is in with me everywhere I go, so why do I need to be outside now. ‘Feel sweet one, do not try to intellectualise’
Understanding dawns on me as I snuggle into my blanket. Feeling the earth energy entering me, releasing resistance and allow myself to feel what needs feeling.
It feels yucky!
It feels false and untrustworthy, where is the deliciousness I love to drink in?
Memories I thought long healed flicker to the surface. Mother energy.
I love my mum dearly and feel a deep love and respect for her, thankful for all the love and support she continues to share with me.
There was a time when she couldn’t look at me when I was poorly, it hurt her to much to see. How difficult that must have been. It hurt me when she would only offer help to me when my sisters were around. I don’t feel that I need to go into it. Nope, not more mother stuff as such, simple shown where this feeling originated from. Thank you muchly angels xx
I see that I hold an unwillingness to trust continual support from the earth. For a time yes, support will be there but then it’ll go. Goodness how flawed this belief is, so grateful that I see this now! I know and fully trust that I can change this now

Being in my womanhood ...
The past 2 days I have recognised what the past 3 months of purification has been healing within me since having my ovary removed.Accepting my own womanhood, being comfortable being a woman, forgiving my mother & most importantly trusting my own womanhood &in turn women around me.To embrace the divine feminine allows us to be that full & beautiful cup of abundant, creative passion that God wished for us to be. Book of the month ...

I needed to read a book written by somebody REAL, somebody who was not afraid to share all their so called mistakes knowing that those lessons would inspire others & bless others with hope. I needed to read a book that would show me that the author had remained REAL, not become hidden by a "celeb" mask of love & light while inside feeling that their world was crumbling with no where to hide where it would not be seen ... & there it was suggested in an email when I needed it to most to banish my fears of "what ifs" & losing my own sense of integrity & truth...
Just read the poem below & allow the author's words to seduce you - you know you have thought them too but not had the courage to say them out loud, only for them to burn inside you through "another uncomfortable evening" trying to be someone you are not - the book will invite you in & I very much doubt you will want to put it down....

It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing.
It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dreams, for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life's betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain! I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it or fade it, or fix it.

It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up, after a night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done to feed the children.
It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.
It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you, from the inside, when all else falls away.

My daughter has been feeling less than happy of late and is choosing to work through it on her own after a particular difficult day I wrote this.
Jade had left when I got home the light was on in the front room and thought she was in. There were dishes in the sink, the hair stuff was where it was left after doing her hair, and there were cups in the front room. As I walked around my mind started to go to how things were today.
Jade barely spoke to me, when she had to I could not hear what she was saying as she was choosing to speak to quietly, it frustrated me but I said nothing, the more I said I could not hear her the quieter she got until she said it did not matter what she was saying.

The familiar call of 'join me in my pain' came today I chose not to respond in my usual way that disregards the persons right to their feelings and my thinking I know best. I let them to be where they chose to be and I did what was best for me...it was not easy
I was worried as it seemed as though she was still there or she left in a hurry
I txt her and told her how I felt and as I typed 'it's hard being your parent from a distance' I realised that I am not carrying out the role the way that I think I should or even want to. I am trying to be the mother I never had, one that was always there to listen, knew when something was up and had arms ready and open to fall into...it hurts that Jade does not want this.
Again I am at that place where I want to be needed, wanted, I want Jade to want to talk to me and she does not, I want her to want me to hold her and she dose not. I see myself in her and in seeing myself in her I want her to want the things I wanted and she does not. It hurts to feel you are not wanted and it makes me want to feel wanted by the very thing that I feel rejected by (I have been here before a pattern repeats itself) I am going to try and be cool and release what I want
It's funny how we want what we want and ignore what the person we want stuff from gives us as, they give us all that they can in any moment in time.
I realise that though my love may not have conditions it has expectations and I am releasing those conditions to the Universe.
This turn of events produced the following updates on facebook.
I am really feeling it today...so glad to be aware and brave enough to say how I feel.
Trying to hold on to something the way you want it to be is really no point...the more you do so, more what you want eludes you...let it go with love and allow it be all that it is, the release of the tears that come with that are healing. It's sometimes hard to be someone's mummy.
In the accepting it's hard to be someone's mummy, my love and respect goes out to my own...and all the other mummy's.

Jade was home we had a small amount of time to talk, she was much more responsive and felt open to me, so I asked if I could give her a hug she refused and I felt hurt. She said sorry and I in an immediate response said it was OK; then I was truthful and said that it was not OK but I would deal with it. Although I was hurt my truth made me feel strong and the pain dispersed and dissolved, in the very action of this I realised I was very proud of Jade for choosing to say no to a hug from me as it was not what she really wanted to do. After all she wants what she wants just like me...it maybe hard 5% of the time to be her mum however I love the fact that she is my daughter and I am proud she chose me.

Food for the soul ...

I do hope you enjoy the Angelic messages on the Sanctuary of Angels website, for me they bring a lovely start to my day to uplift and refresh.I keep a small journal where I write some of these messages into its a wonderful idea just to open the book at a page and read the passage it will always have meaning for me for current situations in my life.

I do hope you enjoy the Angelic messages on the Sanctuary of Angels website, for me they bring a lovely start to my day to uplift and refresh.I keep a small journal where I write some of these messages into its a wonderful idea just to open the book at a page and read the passage it will always have meaning for me for current situations in my life.

Last week Dave and I entered the restaurant for our celebratory anniversary meal. We sat in the lounge area sipping our drinks. I found myself once again feeling like the cat that got the cream. Blinking, hardly believing how lucky I am to feel so completely in love with someone that is completely in love with me. A perfect reflection.
Only a few short months ago I felt like I was keeping a teeny tiny part back. So small, but held back all the same. I spoke to Michelle as we sipped tea, knowing that it won’t remain so as I had acknowledged it. When I returned home I explained, and just like that it was gone. My love for him is complete.
Before we were seated, we received a beautiful gift from the Beloved in the form of a song. It had been many years since I last heard it, the very song that I was listening to when I realised how very much in love I was with him. Dave’s eyes shining, mine filling with tears before I laughed at myself, come on girl get a grip.
Our relationship feels so new, has it really been eight years? We speak of this often and believe that it feels so fresh because there is nothing under the surface, festering away. For years now we’ve had flowing communication. We can both express how we feel without guilt. The result is that niggles are spoken of and wash away. No out bursts of anger, suppressed frustration, or resentment. We both give each other space for honest expression.
My love for him is complete.
Is my love for myself?….
I have explained to Dave that I would appreciate a day and night to myself, so that I can treat myself differently than I have for the past few years when left alone in the evenings. If not a day then an evening. I am happy with either as each holds a pattern of my behaviour and emotions... sadness, unsettledness and hunger. Sadness of being left from when I was almost too poorly to walk, or pick up a cup. Long passed. I recognise it, I recognise that I am more than ready for it to be different for I am different. I allow more of the newness that is here to fully entre. Or is it to show myself that the pattern is gone and has been for a while, I need not fear it?? Only one way to find out....
I must be able to mother myself before I can mother another little soul... x
Dave bless his likes the idea too, I think a night out with his friends holds a promise of fun and laughter for him, he is good to me ;)

Morning empowerment to share
I’d like to share with you something that the angels have taught me to help me to stay strong, and grounded through out the day. I am very grateful for the teaching. After I had finished the first time, I opened my eyes and expected to be 100ft tall, but nope still 5ft….
Begin by sensing energy within the earth, sending you awareness down your roots. Feel the love and support of the earth beneath, sending your love and greetings, and feel the earth respond, sending you its warmth love and.
As an abundances of energy flows into your root chakra, the red centre located at the base of your spine, declare ‘I Am of Earth’
It flows up into your sacral, your orange centre located just below your belly button and declare ‘I Am of Sea’
Feel it flow into your solar plexus, bright yellow and declare ‘I Am of Fire’
As it flows into your heart centre, in the centre of your chest, ‘I Am of Love’
It continues to flow up, into your blue throat centre and you declare ‘I Am of Air’
Up into your third eye, your indigo centre located in the middle of your fore head and knowingly declare ‘I Am of Stars’
And up to the top of your head, your crown you declare in this violet centre ‘I Am of Spirit’
It continue to flow into the higher realms where it is greeted. An abundance of love pours back down, down through each energy centre until it flows back into the earth. Waitingxx
Dear Readers
I would firstly like to say a big hello after not being on the blog for a while.I emailed a dear friend saying that I felt "uninspired" to write anything, I feel as if July going into August has been a little of a pause or a time of waiting.I know that many shifts are happening in alot of areas of my life that has "wobbled" me if somewhat.I know that im waiting at this time but not sure to what!I feel that its to something big though.You know like when you see dark rain clouds in the sky with the promise of rain but as yet it hasnt delivered - im there!
So for the meantime im happy to pause wait enjoy this quiet time and let it all flow in at the perfect time.

Time Travel
I travel through time and space, with memories vague and distant of times long ago.
Taste takes me back to barefoot in the red desert, a small child playing carefree and laughing in the red sand
Smell shows me a lost love across distant waters. Tears sting my face, lavender fills the air my heart longing.
Scenes of violence leave me filled with fear, which grips my stomach like a vice. My breath short and gasping, rasping in my throat like saw cutting it's way to freedom.
Memories of a power held deep within, the fear of its release mixed with anger, hurt, and blame, thats held so deep, it's as if it does not really exist.
These memories I no longer need for they feed me not with love, peace and joy.
I release them all, I surrender to all that my life can be now in this present time, this world filled with love joy peace and hope I feed my soul with these.
Painful memories from the past no longer serve the best of who I am today.

Teashop revelations
Another beautiful weekend, the sky looks magnificent with the promise of more rain and thunder.
Sitting in a county garden tea shop with my partner, sipping tea and dunking ginger biscuits... heaven. Seem to find myself having this feeling more and more often.
As we held our hot drinks we spoke about aspirations and the amazing gifts that everyone has, from patience, the love of gardening to designing web programs and writing music. A blessing, yet one that can be turned into pressure by not only the outside world, but from within personal relationships and often more harshly, from within us.
A feeling of discomfort washed over us. Something needed to come to light.
It become clear that Dave never really released the pressures of last year, the possibilities that it held, the belief that to be financially abundant, it took a great deal of time, hard work as so much effort. How floored this belief is. How many times we can hear some one else say these things, yet the words and meaning don’t register, it was wonderful to see him unravelling the tangle that was there, hidden in his subconscious. It effected each area of his life.
He then saw an image with his inner vision, a scene of himself joyfully skipping down the street. With this image came a story of letting go, that all comes with freedom, not pressure and restriction.
My uneasiness was still there. I was being nudged to see and feel my tangle of thoughts. I saw and felt how harsh I was to myself. I still held the energy of blame for ever being so poorly. Disapproving that I often lie down in bed during the day as I feel tired and get sore muscles and joints, even though this is no longer every day or week. It became clear that I over look my many achievements, that the underling disapproval was still there, weighing me down.
Ah how good it was for this to surface, how unfair to ourselves we were being once seen easily transformed with laughter.
We always talk openly and freely with each other, something that was once a challenge now so simple. Still it was a relief to speak about this too, when something comes to light there are always blessings. Both walked out so much lighter than when we went in, able to laugh at ourselves and each other.
As soon as we got home, the heavens opened and the sky became one giant waterfall.
That evening we light candles, grabbed a drink, our blanket and before we played a movie, toasted to each other, our silliness and to our love.

Chips & Chocolate
Had a very firm message from the Angels yesterday while wallowing in chips & chocolate - why are they always right *grin*.. even when they seem "cross" with me, or is that firm but kind.

Two Paths
Sitting on my bed, I slipped into the welcoming space of my inner world. I felt a conflict within, resistance in my thoughts and emotions, one that I was not aware of until in meditation. Symbolically releasing by what I feel as an ‘inner opening of clenched hand’ I felt an immediate release. I rested in stillness, vaguely aware of a moving world outside where thoughts continued to dance outside for my attention, yet receiving none.
From my space within, I was given a choice. Two paths lay before me. One, I could continue very much as I do now. Live in a comfortable home with my loving partner, promoting Sanctuary of Angels in a verity of ways, seeing people for healing treatments and reading, teaching workshops and courses from my home. Time and space to share with my partner, snuggling up together for movies and days out. I’ve had many challenges, being face to face with limits for me to surpass. Sometimes one rumbling on after another, even or hand in hand. I’ve embraced them all, flown through many refusing to stay stuck. Yet on a whole, a comfortable world, a small world.
Along the other path lead off into a unknown future, one that held the centre for me to run, and children… It was full of unknown challenged and great change. I was given the choice ‘which path will you take?’
I would like to say that without hesitation a chose the seconded unknown path full of adventure. Instead I sat, both paths before me.
The thought of children unsettles me. I’ve been told by four different people that they see my children, waiting to come through. Too often I’ve been given dates, times schedules. I don’t like it, life flows and to know the future can at times unsettle the present. I have felt as though my ‘free will’ hasn’t been respected. Yet a place in my heart welcomes it.
My ever loving Native American guide has said ‘you shall not be gifted with a child this year.’
Gifted, how perfect for to have a child is an honour, not a burden.
I sat, two paths before me. Tempted to stay comfortable, yet not tempted nearly enough, for I knew that I would never be fulfilled. There is so much more for me to achieve.
A choice, I choose adventure, the unknown, my higher path. How could I have ever have hesitated! Flows of love and excitement welled up within me, creating shifts in my energy field, lifting my vibration. Seems so funny now, so silly, remembering the space before i chose, was that really me? Not something recognise now. I feel so different.
I understand the inner conflict I felt as the beginning, the root of the hesitation. No matter, I choose as I have always done, growth, movement, love....
Thank you beloved, for bringing it to my attention, for it is no longer there.
Onwards then, to a life of adventure, blessed with divine timing…

Love & Light
I read in my horoscope last week (which i usually don't do) something about: It is not easy being love and light as we are dense and thick (in matter-not literally!)and I thought how apt this was and I had to have a little chuggle to myself as the Angels had guided my hand to this page-as a couple of days before someone very close to me had said "Get it through to you THICK head..."-not easy to swallow for a girl who won a scholarship to study at post grad level. Life throws me the lessons I need to learn-this one not to let what others say affect you-which I am getting a master at (depends on how I am feeling physically and emotionally). I have spent a lovely week with the kids at the coast and I pulled an Angel card at the beginning of the week 'FUN'-oh yes the Angels know I forget to have 'FUN' at home-when you are bogged down with everything. Today I pulled out a card 'Be Love & Light'-now if the Angels can just direct me to the lovely cottage on the coast.............

Thunder
The clouds have been dark and the thunder has been rumbling very much a metaphor for how I have been feeling inside my heart and my head for the last few days. My heart hurts as does my head, taking on the energies of others which is not needed. Did not sleep last night, however I do not feel too bad this morning-it is now pouring down and it seems to be cleansing everything-maybe not me though-that may take a while and much healing to be done.I trust it will move on and not be so painful-I don't like this grumpy angry shadow figure I have become-but I must embrace it or I will feel worse. Thanks for listening.

Its Beautiful Outside-But not in the Inside
Today is beautiful, lovely and warm-yet my heart sinks at the thought of my disappointments-I meditated today and the Angels told me I am 'fed up' so to speak with my responsibilities-I have had them for so long-yet I choose them so why the moaning-last week I had to go to hospital with my 11 year old son-it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do with no one there for support-to watch the fear in his eyes as he went under then being externally thankful that he had woke up and I was there for him. In my meditation one Angel took my hand and brought me to my son my 'responsibility'and we embraced. I suppose the anger came from wanting a better life for him and I had set the plans in motion only for them to go backwards yesterday-As Michelle says everything in 'Divine Timing'-I have no patience at times-which is driven by fear. Fear of not being enough, of there not being enough, of life being boring, of not giving my son enough and the list goes on. I feel stuck, like a child in a the birth canal-I feel I need reborn-only I can do this-to enjoy the wonderful summer I can have with my responsiblities if I choose.

When this CD came across my desk at 9 months into my pregnancy, I have to say I was pretty excited to give it a listen, especially as I have been gearing up these past few weeks towards my son’s imminent birth. One of a range of meditation and Relaxation CDs from Paradise Music , Michelle Roberton-Jones’ ‘Guided Meditations for Pregnancy and Birth’ are inspired by her own daily meditative practises during her pregnancies.
The relaxation album consists of five tracks of comfortable lengths (around 10 minutes each, aside from the last track, which is closer to half an hour), making it a good CD for beginners to meditation who also find themselves short on time or concentration. Each track has a period of relaxation music following the guided meditation, allowing one to explore the mental state they find themselves in at the end of the guidance and hold it for a while.
1) ‘The Breath’ helps focus the listener onto their breathing, which is really an essential exercise for any meditation. More than this, with the growing awareness of the benefits of a natural birth without interventions, breathing becomes so much more important with a pregnancy CD. For those who are new to relaxation techniques and breathing exercises, this track is a good ‘taster’, and its ten minute duration makes it practical to set aside practise time for each day.
2) ‘Dedicated Time for Two’ has some great imagery for drawing you within yourself to picture your baby and bond with him or her. During this time of placing my hands on my stomach and following the meditation, I definitely felt I experienced a more focused closeness with my baby than I have done before without the technique. I felt this was a really strong track.
3) ‘Baby’s Song’ is a little bit more of an adventurous journey - encouraging you to listen to your baby and the personal ‘song’ he or she sings. I was as not sure about this particular track; maybe it would be better for someone who has more of a vivid imagination or has more experience with meditation.
4) In ‘Release’ the focus is on helping the mother-to-be deal with the discomforts of pregnancy and encourages - through thoughtful questions - the listener to focus on the pain and in doing so, be able to release it. This technique is particularly useful as in the process of resisting pain, we can tend to give it more attention than it needs. Michelle’s questioning, and calming guidance towards focusing the listener to the pain enables it to be quickly identified, acknowledged and dealt with. This track, along with the initial breath meditation would both be really useful labour preparation exercises.
5) The last track: ‘A Perfect Night’ is directed towards guiding the mother-to-be into a restful sleep and allows a good length period of music after the initial guided meditation to continue the relaxed vibe into slumber.
Michelle’s calming voice and the music that accompanies it quickly creates an all-enveloping, nurturing environment for the mother-to-be and her baby. In the CD insert, Michelle has also taken care to explain a little about each exercise, which helps with understanding them, and is a neat ‘human’ touch that connects the listener with the person giving the guidance. I would definitely recommend this CD to other pregnant women as part of a daily relaxation and labour preparation routine, with the breathing exercise having the added bonus of being useful even after the birth.

Working with our magnificent moon ...
Yesterday the 22nd of June was the beginning of our New Moon phase ...
As before the Angels teach for me to practice for self, for I can only truly share "my truth" - what I have experienced - anything else is simply passed on knowledge,- not wisdom.
I have been guided to share a "practice" the Angels assisted me through towards the end of last year, which so far as had a great & positive effect on my life. There is a time for "be-ing" & a time for "do - ing" -
Ever had those days when no matter how hard you try you just cannot conjure up the energy to take action? ... well, maybe it is as simple as the position of the moon - this is what I discovered ... & so life is not so much of a struggle, more a consistent, secure flow - a flow with life & all her cycles & seasons, it is only hard when we struggle against life.
So *smile* the New Moon phase & each phase of the moon lasts aprox 3-4 days .. so you still have time to set your New Moon creations. ..
By the light of the New Moon & a dedicated candle's flame sit & draw symbols or write a list of your intentions, goals & dreams for the forthcoming moon cycle. An important part of creation is "knowing" for ourselves what it is we seek for our life. Exploring our wants. Needs & desires & feeling it is safe to receive. Getting our dreams down on paper help us to see where we have been, where we are & where we wish to go....
The new moon is for "planting seeds". I pop my picture list somewhere in my home where I can see it daily, like the fridge door *grin* - not so much that I can become obsessed with whether "manifestation" works for this simply takes trust but it is there to help me maintain focus & keep the symbols list of my heart's dreams alive.
The next phase is the Crescent moon, here spend time creating a clear practical plan of the moon cycle ahead. Daydream, feeling how it feels to "be", "do" or "have.." - Our feelings are far stronger than our thoughts, Our Angels listen to our heart - our feelings must match our desires. Meditate & be aware of any contradicitng thoughts & feelings & be aware of any guidance.
The next phase is the "First Quarter" - this is a time to take guided action - anything that has come up that you need to do.
The Gibbous Moon follows & this is the time where we are to simply sit & be ... this is the time where often no amount of action can seem to get things done - this is our "be-ing" time. A time to surrender & lay resting in God's hands.
Full Moon & all her gifts are then available to us - her light shining the way, illuminating all that we need to release for the new to enter our lives. We become aware of old patterns, shadows, habits in her magnificent light. There is no hiding in this light. Yet her light feeds our creative seeds, we dance her dance & she sings to us.
The Disseminating Moon or Harvest moon follows, here we reap what we have sown - sometimes this can be the seeds of New Moon, sometimes it can be the seeds of a previous New Moon - seeds blossom in divine timing - not our ego time set, remember "thy will" not my will -This is a very exciting time, that requires faith & trust in life's flow
In the "Last Quarter" we are given time for reflection, to let go of all that does not fit anymore & is not working. We are given space to complete old projects. Old & uncomfortable holds us in a time that does not serve us
And last but not least we are blessed with the Balsamic Moon, a time that I personally am very sensitive too as I know it brings about "change" that I must have faith in & follow... this is a time to surrender our fears from the past, allowing Mighty Archangel Michael to cleanse our bodies & life of all that is not love. We are given space to "play" with potential futures - "feeling" with our hearts not thinking with our heads. Allowing the light within to help us create new seeds for the forthcoming new moon.
Be -ing with life & her ways has allowed so much more contentment, security, trust & peace into my life.. For it is not our way but life's way - this is flow, this is grace, & this is where we see, feel & receive all the Universe wishes to bless us with.
So - go grab your crayons, the glitter, the glue - plant your New Moon seeds - add love, joy & faith to that piece of paper which is part of life itself. Put it in a place where you can see it not hide it... And now simply flow & trust x

on festivals and small wonders ~ from Rachel x
it was the first of a long summer trading at festivals for us at the end of may. last year this same festival disappeared under two feet of water and three feet of mud, and although it had been a triumph of mind over matter - we can survive without washing for 5 days, eating weird one pot concoctions and whilst sleeping 8 inches above the rising tide in a damp tent - i was not looking forward to it as much as i might have been had it been a week of sun kissed bliss.
so first there was wind..it buffeted and thrust its will upon us and made all seem impossible. and i thought 'this is pointless..i want to go home..there is no way we can erect a 20ft army marquee in a gale...i want to go home'. i asked Mother Nature to at least calm the wind for a while, i prayed to God, i called to the Divine Mother, i asked Angels... then a Fellow arrived. gap toothed, thick fingered, pierced in all directions, head half shaved, probably terrifying after dark.. and asked 'do you need a hand?' and we did.. so he lent us both of his, and another hammer and some great iron pegs he had made for himself but could spare us.. and between us the marquee went up. and then the Fellow went back to putting his tent up in the healing area with our hearts and gratitude in his hands. Healers come in so many shapes and sizes!
then oh there was rain..
and then there was the sun.. and the sun.. and the sun.. for days and days
and we went to the Hurly Burly cafe for lunch. the food was lovely; quinoa and pomegranates, mint and lemon, goats cheese and rocket and chocolate pudding with vanilla sauce if you so desired..so wonderful after so much hard work and so little sleep! then an announcement came ''the hurly burly disco will begin in 5 minutes'' and in what seemed like a very short 5 minutes later the music began. the music began and all the staff stopped. they stopped what they were doing and began to dance in formation all around us.. the us who had stopped eating in disbelief to watch and gawp. they danced the whole song out, to our increasing delight and wild applause at the close. and then? they just calmly went back to work. Smiling. Smiling. Smiling and Smiling all around. i could not think of a time when i had felt so infused with total and utter Joy.
many hands make light work.. many smiles make light hearts
oh what was the track? 'Same as it ever was' by Talking Heads.

Each person enters this world graced with a multitude of gifts. Sometime they’re hidden deep with in us, waiting to be explored. As we transcend to new levels of consciousness, these gifts open, delighting us with their creativity and allowing access to deeper parts to our being. What was once unseen is revealed.
Yet there is no rush with the unfoldment of self. Releasing pressure is to release harsh energy that can slow us down or keep us stuck in unhelpful patterns. To release with openness, willingness and trust, creates the freedom needed for change to take place and our gifts to blossom.

Mother Nature shares with us an abundance of gifts, never denying of favouring one person or animal or insect over another. Her abundance is for all, as is her love. Nature is a great teacher, we can learn so much by following her example. No one is less deserving of love then another. It is a sign of great strength to be willing love and accept each and every person, simply because they too are a part of God, no matter the choices they may have made through out their life.

Clearing thoughts and emotions
Our souls are in constant contact with us, lovingly and patiently guiding us through out our days. We are always receiving messages for them in infinitely creative ways.
At times, we forget our true origins, and the compassionate love and support that we have. Forgetting that everything flows, holding onto something, be it a person or situation, pattern or money, fearing its absence. It’s during these times that we’re show our patterns so that we may make changes. There are many ways in which we can become more fully aware of them, simply by becoming more aware of ourselves.
Our Emotions. When you feel a heaviness, a disquiet within, it’s a signal that we’re not in alignment with our truth. A part of the personality believes that it is unloved, unworthy and unsupported. That there is lack, isolation and some form of rejection, the feeling maybe mind or they may be stronger. It’s during these times that our souls reach out to us, to help us to become clearer. It is a perfect time to take the time to listen, a part of the personality self is calling, see its beliefs so that you may adjust them, bringing with you love, comfort. Allow it to see a different, more joyous way to be. We’re asked not to ignore them, or to absorb them as our truth ‘the way it is’ but to bring them to light, allowing them to changes undoing patterns of distrust. Allow love to flow into it, bringing with it gift of freedom and flow. Emotional clearing and healing assists you greatly and opens you us to higher levels of consciousness. It creates a shift in your energy field, a much welcome realignment so that you may once again journey higher.
Our Thoughts. Thoughts are naturally creative, and send out messages to the world, to angels and those you meet. They are like statements as to how you expect life to be. The people you meet pick up on the energy they create, situations encountered and respond by reflecting them back to you. Those with similar thought and emotion patterns, those that vibrate on a similar frequency are drawn to you, as you are to them. It can be fun and richly rewarding, wonderful friendships made or uncomfortable, even painful. It’s important to know which thoughts are your own, and which you’ve pickup through the day, or the course of your life. Take the time to be with you, to listen to you, feel who you are and your inner world. With a conscious intention release all that dose not belong to you and allow it to flow away, back to who and where it belongs.
Allowing thoughts and emotions to become freer and clarity, helping them to become in harmony with our true selves greatly assist our spiritual growth during our day to day lives. With greater clarity within ourselves and our energy fields, we may more easily receive divine inspiration. When the thoughts are divinely inspired, they are always filled with compassion, fill the heart and we may feel the body sing as it in alignment with our truth. Take the time to take care of you x

May `13th, 2009 - Daily Channeled Message by Dyan Garris
Today's message is about entitlement. Not one of us thinks we are in entitlement . The thing about it is that when you're in it you don't even realize it. You're entitled to whatever because you've worked so hard, you've been good, you've waited so long, you've prayed and prayed and so forth, etc. etc. etc. Today's energy is about taking a long look at the places you've been where you feel entitled to something because of your woes, your supplications, your suffering, and so on. To be in entitlement is to render yourself as a victim. There is no forward moving energy from the "status" of victimhood. Let's go to the dressing room and try something else on today. The idea is to come out with a whole new outfit that you're comfortable wearing in public.

In Silence

Music to my ears ...
Have just had a huge heart 2 heart with my eldest Dale over a glass of wine of course :) Most of touched something within him ... thank you Angels x ... for he is now upstairs singing away after what seems months of silence & do you know what - that is the best sound I have heard in what seems a life time x x Am now quietly boo-ing at how beautiful the world truly is x
Rookie mistake
I woke up with the alarm yesterday morning, to get ready for an appointment, finally following the angels advice. As I was getting ready, I was very aware that I was feeling…well cranky. I didn’t have time to sit with it and see why, instead left for my treatment, as I **need a little help letting go.**
I arrived and let the desk know that I was ready and took a seat, flicking through a pamphlet of all the treatments available. Time passed, an extra flicker of impatience coupled with some unkind thoughts ‘put too much weight on, clothes tight.. blurr’. Not helpful! Separating myself from the crankiness, (now’s not the time x) ‘holding’ it to my heart a welcome wash of peace flowed over me. A little over an hour, still all lovely and relaxed, and a trip to the desk, the therapist arrived and we were ready.
Leaving the house with the muffled anger seems to have caused a situation that could have easily escalated my feeling. Must admit that I was slightly impressed by the short space of time it manifested. A very clear reminded to watch my thoughts and feeling as they’re having instant results. The creakiness and anger kept coming back and left me with an uncomfortable feeling all day.
Later that evening, I sat for a very welcome meditation, a place to simply be. A chime of laughter as the angels reminded me that it was a full moon and I was wearing a moonstone necklace! Not suspired I was angry|! Full moon and moonstone, what a combination of energies. Rookie mistake! I joined in the laughter, I hadn’t done that in years. It had intensified my focusing on my body with constant un-acceptance and getting very impatient with me. It is clearly a time of self acceptance, the energies only highlighted where I am with my emotions, what I need to work with. So easy for me to accept others, time for my acceptance wrap around me too.

Mercury Retrograde
Mercury Retrograde is once again upon us. As of May 7th, Mercury RX moves briefly into Gemini until it moves backwards into Taurus on the 13th. This Retrograde affects each sign differently, although we can all expect similar activity.
Mercury Retrograde can affect communication, cause misconceptions and misunderstandings. There is a possibility of short tempers and we need to remember to stop ourselves before we speak too sternly. Some may also experience difficulties with computers, appliances and automobiles. It is also not a good time to sign contracts, make important decisions or start new projects.
You may also find that not too much is getting done, delays are very possible during Merc RX. It's best to try and achieve one thing at a time without expectations. Once Mercury goes direct and moves forward into Taurus, all will turn around and get back to normal. This does not happen until May 30th so please have tolerance, remain calm and patience.
It may seem like a long month ahead unless you embrace it and go with the flow peacefully.

Channelled message
You are ready
Beloved,
It once again brings us great joy to communicate with you in this way, we thank you all for the honour.
Wise ones, at times some of you forget what a great honour and a joy it is for us to join with each you. You are a part of the Divine, to assist you is to assist God. Dose this surprise you? It need not beloved ones, for each of you have heard it often before, and we say again, you came from God, God lives within you and through you. To work with you is to work with God.
How we laugh now and say that we are not encouraging you to dismiss thoughts of the Creator and choose only ‘your will’, for your personality self often makes chooses from varying degrees of distrust and fear. Your ego self is in an element of pain, therefore its choices and decisions do not come from unity. Thy Will is Gods thoughts touching yours, this happens many times through out your day,becomes stronger and clearer with you acceptance of them. They become stronger with your acceptance of yourselves.
We are helping you to heal all aspects of your personalities so that you may become clearer, attuning you to your spiritual selves.
It is with great joy that we see many of you accepting your precious gifts, your talents and exploring your abilities. We applaud you and encourage you to do so. Live your dreams, open to new dreams as we deliver them to you, open to greater levels of joy and fulfilment and glory in your life on earth.
We hear some of you now ask ‘who am I to live such a life?’ ‘Can I, should I?’
Who are you not too, allow us to remove the illusion that tells you other wise, it is not your deepest truth, only a superficial one that can inhibit your ability to follow the guidance of your soul. Your soul streams from divinity. You need no deny your selves any longer, all is well.
It is a time of strength, to stand in your light, to accept your gifts embracing the current of truth and of joyous flow.
Sweet ones, we can see that this is a scary concept for some of you, close you eyes, imagine a beautiful flower within you chest opening, allow us to pour in to your heats bright healing light. You are ready to receive this. You will not be left behind, we are with you, guiding you to be all that you can, to accept how wondrous you truly are. We hear your call, will you listen to our answers? We answer you in ever new creative ways until you notice; it is up to you to develop your awareness.
The earth needs you, your fellow companions need you. We ask that you do not duck your heads and ask why, you are worthy of our love and the love of others. You have each chosen you gifts well, it is time to share them, express yourselves in the ways that only you can. You need not wait for permission from another.
It is a time of transformation, the earth is ready to go higher. It is you that assists this process, simply by following your own path and allowing others to do the same. Your light holds many qualities, shining from the heart of All That Is. Stand in this light, your light, our light. Stay true and drink in its purity. Allow it to fill you, fulfil you, washing away doubt and confusion, filling you with strength, securing you in your divine purpose. You are perfect just as you are, you need not fix a part of your sweet selves, only release untruths, this may take only a moment as time as you know it is an illusion. Yet we do say be patient with yourselves, it is your goal that you need focus upon, release pressure, know that we shall show you the next step.
Release the personality’s demands, take the course when your soul guides you too, let them pass when you feel the need to fulfil a missing piece to complete you. We say again, you are perfect, you are complete.
Many of you have been shown, hesitate no longer. Journey forth with faith, we are applauding your steps and dancing by your side. There is much for us to do together, see this not as too vast but as a soul fulfilment, soul joy, soul love.
There are many playful toys yet to be created, inspiring books, wondrous designs, divine esoteric healers to emerge. So much joy, so much fulfilment, let us journey forth hand in hand showing the world you are here. It is time.
